What is 'Justice.lk'?
People face countless injustices and challenges in today's society. Their grievances are only heard by those around them and rarely do reach those who really should. The objective of 'Justice.lk' is to bridge the gap between the aggrieved people and those who could provide justifiable solutions for them.
Once you submit through this website the grievances and the injustices you have suffered, they'll be automatically sent to the Law Students Association of Sri Lanka (LSASL). The LSASL would publish them after screening the comment, which would subsequently enable the general public, government institutions, media and other interested parties to forward comments and also suggest solutions. In the meantime LSASL would assign law students to research on the relevant issue and examine as to how such instances are being dealt in other jurisdictions. The law students would consult the think tank of Eminent Judges, Senior State Counsels, President Counsels, Members of Parliament, Public Officers, Justices of Peace and Distinguished Citizens to help resolve the pertinent issue and publish a Recommendation Report suggesting a suitable solution.
